SPECIAL PROMOTIONS: The app alerts guests with pop-up notifications of special events and resort promotions.
MY TRIP: Allows guests to book, schedule, and make changes to itineraries and reservations with real-time availability data.
RESORT INFORMATION: Guests can phone or email the resort at the touch of a button on the information screen, as Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach’s contact information is all in one place.
SOCIAL MEDIA: Whether it’s a picture perfect snapshot of the aqua waters, or delicious plate of fish tacos, the app encourages guests to get social by providing a resort hashtag for Instagram, Twitter and Facebook so they can tag their content accordingly, and post through the app directly.
To get started after making a reservation, guests can sign in the mobile app by using their name and email address, Google or Facebook to register their desired trip dates. When booking an activity, service, or restaurant reservation, guests can tailor every detail, including desired day and time, number of participating guests, and special requests using a comment box directly linked to resort staff. The “My Trip” tab then holds all the information in one place for easy reference.
The “e-concierge” app also offers a special group tool perfect for those traveling to the resort for special occasions, weddings or conferences. After inputting a special group code, given to guests via email or upon check-in, guests will have access to event schedules, alerts and real-time itinerary changes, ensuring they are always in the know.
Simple to use and free to download, the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun “e-concierge” mobile app is now available on the App Store and Google Play for both iOS and Android devices.
