While in Puerto Vallarta the Olympians experienced the destinations’ first class accommodations, world-class cuisine and especially tailored tours during their four-day visit. As well as participated in youth sports promotional events, where the locals were given the opportunity to meet and be inspired by the four athletes who accumulated a total of 11 medals during the Summer games.

The Puerto Vallarta Tourism Board is honored to have hosted such high-profile athletes and thanks Frank Bush, Director of the U.S National Swim Team, and the Puerto Vallarta Convention and Visitors Bureau for their arduous work in bringing these athletes to the destination.
