Puerto Vallarta & Riviera Nayarit to host Tianguis 2012, Mexico’s Largest Tourism Trade Show

We are thrilled to report that Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit have been selected as the official site for the 2012 Tianguis Turistico trade fair in March 25-28, 2012.

Held in Acapulco for the last 36 years, Tianguis now moves to Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit for 2012, then Puebla and Quintana Roo (Cancun-Cozumel-Riviera Maya) who will host the event in 2013 and 2014.

Tianguis is Mexico’s largest tourism trade show attended by travel industry experts, travel agents, travel writers and press along with Mexico tourism officials.

We are so happy to hear this news and congratulate Puerto Vallarta, the state of Jalisco and Riviera Nayarit.

Stay tuned as The MEXICO Report will soon have all the recommendations for hotels, restaurants and activities in this area for Tianguis 2012.
