Frequently asked questions and helpful information about the Cancun Certificate:

How do I claim the certificate?
Winners of the contest will go to www.cancuncards.com and enter the winning code. Reservations can also be made by calling the toll free numbers 1.800.658.3141 from the U.S. or Canada, 0.800.520.0436. In addition, operators are available for Live Chat on at www.cancuncards.com or via email.  Agents are available from Monday to Saturday 8 am to 8 pm, central time.

What does the certificate include?
The certificate is valid for standard room accommodations only, for 2 adults and 2 children ages 12 and under, for 5 days/4 nights in Cancun in either the Ocean Spa Hotel (beachfront) or the Laguna Suites Golf & Spa. You will also have the option to upgrade to the luxurious, eco-friendly and all-inclusive Hacienda Tres Rios Resort, Spa and Nature Park as well upon registering for the certificate. The certificate also includes airport transportation to the hotel.

Does the certificate for the hotel package come with all-inclusive?
The hotel package does not include the all-inclusive, but the availability to request it at 40% off of the regular all-inclusive option rates at the time of certificate redemption.


Does the certificate include any other benefits?
Clients will be entitled to a discount of up to 40% off of the regular all-inclusive option rates and Spa services, discounts on car rental, and much more.

This certificate also includes complimentary transportation from the airport to the hotel, as well as private concierge service and free shuttle service between all 4 of our hotels in the Cancun area.


Do I have to pay anything?
The activation fee for the certificate is $59 plus $110 hotel tax, totaling $169 with option to upgrade to the all-inclusive package when registering for the certificate.


Are there any black out dates?
No.


How far in advance does a client have to make a reservation?
All reservations are subject to availability.  We recommend at least a 45 days advance notice prior to intended travel dates.  No black out dates.


How long do I have to use the certificate?
The certificates are good for 12 months from date of receipt.  The client has 12 months to make the reservation and 18 months to travel.


What happens if the certificate expires?
If the certificate expires, you can call Yucatán Holidays to re-activate, however, an activation fee will apply.


Do I have to attend a presentation of any sort to redeem the certificate?
No. Guests are not obligated at all.  They will be invited to attend to private viewing of the residence and yacht club. In exchange for their time, they will be offered free tours and other goodies.  It they decide not to attend they will never be asked again, and the concierges will be there to help them during their whole stay. Please be confident that our concierges will treat guests with respect and they will give them excellent service.


Is there any pressure to buy anything?
Not at all.

Can I upgrade to an all-inclusive package?
Yes. You will have the option to upgrade your package at either of the hotels or upgrade to the luxurious and eco-friendly Hacienda Tres Rios Resort, Spa and Nature Park when registering for the certificate. They can upgrade upon arrival but the rates are much higher, so we strongly recommend that they upgrade upon reservation.

Will Yucatán Holidays be able to help me arrange transportation to/from the hotel?
The certificate includes complementary ground transportation from the airport to the hotel. The cost for transportation from the hotel back to the airport upon departure is not included, but the concierge will help arrange departure transportation the airport upon request.
