    It’s true, but only in El Centro. Step out of the retiree Disneyland, and in adjacent Colonias, the church bells and bread smell will give way to thousands of loud of roof dogs, roosters, diesel engines, piles of dog excrement, garbage, etc… But still, it’s a wonderful place to live! I’m here right now…
