March 20-27, 2016– From Palm Sunday to Easter Sunday, commonly celebrated in Mexico as “Semana Santa,” or Holy Week, the resort’s beachfront restaurant, Isla Contoy, will offer a menu of delicious seafood dishes. Keeping in the holiday tradition of excluding meat from the week’s diet, the menu features an array of locally-sourced fish with selections including Aguachile with shrimp or scallops in green or red salsa; Ceviche made with choices of fresh shrimp, scallops, calamari or tuna; Whole Fish and Lobster made to order; a variation of Tacos and Tostadas including shrimp al pastor and octopus; and a complete Raw Bar.    

March 2527, 2016 – On Saturday and Sunday, young guests can explore the resort’s state-of-the-art Coral KidZ Club and participate in hands-on arts and crafts activities with Easter themes. Throughout each day, KidZ Club staff will lead fun-filled classes where kids decorate Easter eggs and holiday cookies, as well as create their own candy basket, which will then be used to collect hidden eggs on a resort-wide Easter egg hunt.

March 272016 – On Easter Sunday, guests are invited to enjoy a decadent brunch at the resort’s acclaimed restaurant Viña del Mar. Starting at 10:00 am, children will be treated to a visit from the Easter bunny who will deliver chocolate eggs to each table, while adults enjoy a lavish spread of international dishes. Offering an unlimited selection, guests can choose from Mexican staples like ChilaquilesQuesadillas and Tostadas, classic American fare including an Omelet StationBagelsCheeses and Lox, as well as an assortment of Fresh Fruit, made-to-order Smoothies and Pastryselections. Of course, no brunch would be complete without a selection of classic libations including bubbly Mimosas and a Bloody Mary bar. 

The children’s celebration continues at 3:00pm with an Easter egg hunt around the resort, followed by a live show in the KidZ Club theater where prizes will be given away.
