Fairmont Mayakoba Appoints Paulina Feltrin as New Director of Public Relations

Fairmont Mayakoba has appointed Paulina Feltrin as new director of public relations overseeing the communication strategy of the AAA Five Diamond hotel.

In her new role, Feltrin will be the voice of the luxurious Riviera Maya resort that includes 401 perfectly appointed guest rooms and villas, four restaurants, a Willow Stream Spa, a pristine beach right in front of the Mesoamerican Reef, a 34,000 square feet convention center and luxurious eco-adventures on property. Additionally to El Camaleon a Greg Norman’s designed course operated by Fairmont and host to the only official PGA TOUR event in Mexico.

With vast experience in the luxury hospitality business, corporate social responsibility programs and new communication channels like social media y digital PR, before joining the Fairmont Mayakoba, Paulina Feltrin served as director of public relations of The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun . Her experience in the communications field also includes serving as a special editions editor at the newspaper Novedades de Quintana Roo and contributions to different publications in Mexico.
