The MEXICO Report Salutes Dalia Ceja for receiving the ‘Woman of the Year‘ Award by Napa County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
When I did a report last year on the beautiful and talented Amelia Ceja and the Ceja Vineyards “Building an Empire from the Soil Up: Ceja Vineyards, a True Mexican-American Success Story”, little did I know that so much talent ran in the family.
Along with meeting the passionate matriarch Amelia at Ceja Vineyards in Napa Valley, California, we also spent some time chatting with her very creative son Ariel, also in the family business and creator of Salud Napa. But I had no idea another Ceja was also emerging…
Meet Dalia Ceja, daughter of Amelia and Pedro Ceja. Not only is she also part of the family wine business as Sales & Marketing Director for Ceja Vineyards, but you might have also seen her cooking up delicious recipes on Ceja’s YouTube Channel or posting exciting entries about travel, wine, food, fashion or fiestas on her fabulous new blog, The Ole Report!
Over the weekend, on Saturday, July 16, Dalia Ceja received a very special honor. Napa County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce named her as their first ever ‘Woman of the Year’ in a special award ceremony and gala.
“Dalia is a talented woman who has been an inspiration to other young entrepreneurs,” said Marisa Loza, vice president of Napa County Chamber of Commerce. “She is very active in the community and through the new technology, she has made a strong presence and a new way to market Ceja Vineyards.”
Dalia also just returned from a week-long visit to Cancun (Quintana Roo) and Yucatan and fell in love with Mexico’s beauty, environment, cuisine and people. Her visit to the amazing Chichen Itza here is chronicled here.
The MEXICO Report is proud to salute Dalia Ceja (of Mexican descent) for all of her positive contributions to the Hispanic community and culture.
Ceja Vineyards is also celebrating their 10 Year Anniversary! Salud!
