Corazón de Vida – Ways to Get Involved and Upcoming Events to Benefit the Kids

Join Corazón de Vida – a US-based nonprofit organization supporting Northern Baja orphanages by providing shelter, food, clothing, education and healthcare to children in need – at their exclusive annual fundraising event for dinner, wine tasting and silent auction.

“La Notte Bianca 2012 – A Night in Tuscany for the Kids” will take place Thursday, July 19 at Antonello Ristorante in Santa Ana, CA from 6pm – 9:30pm.  Guests are encouraged to wear white and will have the opportunity bid on outstanding auction items such as hotel stays, sports equipment, fine jewelry, artwork and much more.

Mexico Boutique Hotels will be donating a 3-night stay at the gorgeous Casa de Mita in Punta Mita, Nayarit, or bid on a week in a beautiful home, Casa de Mono, in the progressive eco-friendly community of Balcones de Majagual overlooking the best beaches in Nicaragua.

A highlight of the event will be a special presentation on Corazón de Vida achievements over the past year.

Corazón de Vida Chosen as Official Charity for the 2013 Los Angeles Marathon

Only 70 non-profits are chosen to be an official charity for the LA Marathon so please help us take advantage of all of the benefits that come with this opportunity.

The 26.2 mile LA Marathon is Sunday, March 17, 2013.

If you are a marathoner, please consider running for TEAM CDV. If you have always wanted to run a marathon, we can help you prepare by participating in our running clinics being planned for LA/OC/SD counties starting in the Fall. CDV will also need volunteers for committees before, during and after the race.

If you are interested in helping out, please email George Perez at george@corazondevida.org for more information. With your help, we will make a difference.
