Xar WinelandBaja Wine + Food, by Fernando Gaxiola, presents WINELAND in Valle de Guadalupe April 1-3, 2016 – what promises to be an epic, adult-only weekend full of wine, food, craft beer, art and the coolest people around (influencers, industry people, media, etc.). 

ITINERARY

Friday, April 1st

WINELAND, Valle de Guadalupe at Clos de Tres Cantos Winery. Photography exhibition by Xar Vera, Architecture by Alejandro D’ Acosta, Private Concert by Madame Ur, Wine by Clos de Tres Cantos, Food by Javier Plascencia, Beer by Agua Mala. 5-9p.$100. 
ICE-BREAKER. After party at Santo Tomas Winery starting at 9pm. Ice-breaker with local and Internacional guest chefs, winemakers and local producers. 

Saturday, April 2nd
PARRILLADA, Shellfish & New Wine Fest. Pick your own seafood and learn to cook them with the chefs. Local wines poured by winemakers in a casual party at oceanfront location. 1-7pm. $15 USD. 
TRASLOMITA. Dinner with International celebrity chef Aquiles Chavez and Top Chef contestant Adria Montaño with Lomita wines. $40 USD. 7pm

Sunday, April 3rd
SHELLFISH & NEW WINE FEST. Seafood extravaganza by 25 producers and 30 chefs with 40 wineries releasing new vintages of white and rose wines at an oceanfront property. $27 USD. 12pm

  • You can book the entire package that includes all events, transportation and accommodations or each event separately
  • Transportation is optional, each group can drive separately in their own vehicles. If transportation is requested, then meeting point is at 3334 5th Ave. San Diego, CA 92103 (Baja Wine + Food headquarters). We suggest people to Uber there. Departure is at 1pm. Cost per person for transportation is $100 USD for the 3 days and includes driver’s gratuities, toll roads, insurance, new model vehicle and FAST TRACK border-pass. 
  • Accommodations: Villa del Valle, Adobe Guadalupe, Cuatro Cuatros, Finca La Divina and Bruma are already sold out for this event. Availability is with Encuentro Guadalupe at $330 each. The Eco-Villa at Encuentro Guadalupe (fits 10) is also available at $3500 per/night.
