You had me at Pineda Covalin. Then at Chef Javier Plascencia. Then benefit — all rolled into one spectacular event in Baja’s ultra chic and gorgeous Wine Country, Valle de Guadalupe, coming Saturday, August 2, 2014.

It’s no secret how much I love the most innovative and beautiful designers in Mexico, Pineda Covalin. (But maybe it IS my secret fantasy to walk a runway in Pineda Covalin designs, with the wind blowing through my hair, but I digress.)

But when I heard recently that these designers, along with food stations prepared by celebrity Chef Javier Plascencia, wines from Valle de Guadalupe, music and art were being served up to benefit a great cause, it was something I felt strongly about helping to promote. The Mexico Report will be there to support and we highly encourage you to attend as well as 20% of proceeds to go Unidos Para Ayudar and Corazon de Vida Foundation.
